In the late years increasing energy costs brought people's attention o thermal insulation and in particular the tissued membrane type since it has a high factor of heat leakage
Prima Srl's system aims to fullfil this need making a synthentic coverage designed in particular for building structures and archs to:
1.Procuring a thermal insulation effect better than the shell mantle synthetic traditional type
2.Be installed in a simple and little "invasive", also on existing structures
3.Make it possible to run, just as easily, any maintenance of the structure, after the installation of the system
This task is achieved by adding to a first membrane outer, of the traditional type, (possibly pre-existing), a second membrane, consisting of a plurality of strips placed between two adjacent arches and fixed to them by means of special aluminum profiles, closed at ends by two endpieces, completely detached from those of the first membrane. It defines, in this way, an interspace between the two membranes, with the total absence of thermal bridges, wherein there is provided a system of forced circulation of hot or cold air, depending on requirements.
It was found in practice, that this our system fully achieves the intended aim and objects, providing ENERGY SAVING AT LEAST UP TO 50%,thanks to an higher level of insulation, not only in comparison with single membrane but also with traditional double membrane.
Any maintenance, are made possible by the fact that the individual strips slide inside of the profiles in which are housed, so it is possible to remove, and then reassemble, those next to the affected area, without removing the other.
