Air Domes
Air Domes System for Sports Facilities
Padelbox
Our padelboxes are shaped balls designed specifically for the game of padel. Thanks to an innovative design with an outward slit, these covers guarantee regulation heights at every point on the court and ensure compliance with regulations. Divided into pieces that are easily joined by means of a special zip fastener, the padeboxes allow for quick assembly without the need for lifting equipment. This solution makes installation practical and fast, ideal for any sports facility.
CLASS A Pressostatic Domes
We produce Double Membrane CLASS A Pressostatic Domes, thanks to an innovative system consisting of two parallel membranes without thermal bridges, between which an air cavity is created, with no contact between the membranes.
This constant separation between the inner and outer membranes throughout the covering eliminates contact points that create thermal bridges, increasing thermal insulation and reducing heat loss. The average heat loss coefficient is U = 1.5, significantly lower than a single membrane (U = 6.0) and a traditional double membrane (U = 3.0). This greater insulation allows for at least 50% energy savings compared to single membrane coverings.
CLASS A coverings represent the new frontier in pressostatic coverings, combining safety, energy efficiency, and savings.
Single Membrane Domes
The single membrane pressostatic dome covering system is a simple and functional solution, ideal for seasonal or temporary use. These coverings offer effective protection, do not require permits or building licenses, are easily installable and removable, take up little space when not in use, and can be movable on wheels using a special trolley.
Supported only by internal air overpressure (150 to 250 Pa), the pressostatic dome is made of a single PVC-coated fabric membrane, available in a wide range of colors. This material is treated against UV rays and mold and is fire-resistant with a fire resistance certification of class 2 Bs2d0. The membrane can be anchored to the ground through a foundation curb or with stakes, depending on the type of terrain. A series of doors can be inserted into the covering: tunnel doors (with double leaves and depressurization push bar), revolving doors (convenient for multiple simultaneous accesses), and emergency exits.
Double Membrane Domes
The double membrane pressostatic dome covering system is the ideal solution for those needing greater thermal insulation. This configuration is particularly recommended for pool coverings or in areas with very harsh winters and in all cases where gas bill savings are desired.
In the factory, two sheets are joined by high-frequency welders: the outer membrane weighs 700 gr/sqm, while the inner one is 500 gr/sqm. On-site, an air cavity is created between the two membranes, ensuring better insulation than a single sheet.
Triple Membrane Domes
Triple membrane pressostatic domes represent an advanced solution to provide an additional layer of protection and insulation, making the internal environment even more comfortable. These coverings are ideal for cold climates and those needing robust and durable coverage.
The triple membrane system consists of three layers of fabric, between which an air cavity is created, significantly improving thermal insulation. This design not only offers greater resistance to weather conditions but also helps reduce energy costs, standing at the top of the category, maintaining the interior of the structure at the desired temperature. The triple membrane is identified by the Canton of Ticino as necessary to obtain authorization to install a pressostatic covering.
Quadruple Membrane Domes
Quadruple membrane pressostatic domes offer the highest performance in insulation available on the market today. These coverings are ideal for extreme climates and intensive use, ensuring a perfectly controlled internal environment and meeting the insulation requirements demanded by Switzerland.
The quadruple membrane system consists of four layers of fabric, between which air cavities are created, significantly improving thermal insulation. This advanced design reduces heat loss and offers top-tier energy savings.
