In recent years, rising energy costs have highlighted the importance of thermal insulation in construction, particularly for structures with textile membrane coverings, known for their high heat loss coefficient. Our EcoKit system addresses this need by offering a synthetic mantle covering specifically designed for adjacent arch structures.
This system provides superior thermal insulation compared to traditional coverings and is designed for easy and non-invasive installation, even on existing structures. The EcoKit system includes the addition of a second membrane, composed of strips fixed between two adjacent arches and attached to them using special aluminum profiles, closed at the ends by two terminal heads. This second membrane is completely separate from the first, creating an air gap between the two membranes characterized by the total absence of thermal bridges. A forced air circulation system within the gap ensures effective insulation and at least 50% energy savings compared to a single membrane.
The strips of the second membrane slide within the profiles, allowing targeted maintenance interventions without the need to remove the entire covering. This innovative design allows for removing and reassembling the strips only in the necessary areas, significantly simplifying maintenance operations.
